CEO/CIO Alignment Program Info-Tech, in conjunction with the City of Pueblo’s Information Technology Department, conducted a research study to evaluate whether or not the IT department is delivering the services that are meeting the demands, goals and mission of the organization. It studied the city Manger’s perception and vision for IT services versus that of the IT Director’s. It identified alignment gaps, barriers and alignment for the delivery of services and IT innovation barriers and organizational appetite for innovation.
Utilizing COBIT 5.0 framework, Info~Tech and the IT Director evaluated the final report and developed an action plan to pursue the business alignment and optimization of IT services based upon the results of the study.
