Annual Performance Metrics
In an effort to improve service levels enterprise wide, the Information Technology Department of the City of Pueblo conducts an annual survey. Below you will find the results of those surveys and our Director's responses to the feedback we have received.

CEO/CIO Alignment Program
Info-Tech, in conjunction with the City of Pueblo’s Information Technology Department, conducted a research study to evaluate whether or not the IT department is delivering the services that are meeting the demands, goals and mission of the organization. It studied the city Manger’s perception and vision for IT services versus that of the IT Director’s. It identified alignment gaps, barriers and alignment for the delivery of services and IT innovation barriers and organizational appetite for innovation.

Utilizing COBIT 5.0 framework, Info~Tech and the IT Director evaluated the final report and developed an action plan to pursue the business alignment and optimization of IT services based upon the results of the study.

COBIT 5.0 is a framework used by organizations to enhance IT value and achieve business goal alignment. It encompasses all business and IT activities and empowers IT to become a more effective business partner. Components: Additional 3rd Party Performance Metrics
