This Board of Directors is comprised of no less than 11 members and no more than 17 members.  They are appointed by City Council, County Commissioners, Board of Water Works, Pueblo Conservancy District and HARP Authority for three year terms.

About the Board
The HARP Foundation Board of Directors fulfills the following functions:
  • controls and directs the affairs of the Foundation
  • determines its policies or changes therein within the limits of the By-Laws
  • promotes and preserves contributions and funding to assist in the planning, construction and maintenance of the Historic Arkansas Riverwalk of Pueblo.
