Rules and Regulations

  • Age Requirement: Children 10 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an adult (18+). The adult may observe from the side of the pool deck; however, the adult is required to pay the admission fee to enter the facility to watch the child.

  • Swim Diapers: It is required that all babies and toddlers under 3 years of age or those not potty trained must wear rubber pants or swim diapers under swimsuits, swim diapers are available for purchase at all pool locations.
  • Bad weather policy: We will close our facilities when unsafe conditions are present, as determined by Management in conjunction with the weather service. We will reopen when weather conditions in our immediate area are safe to do so, we cannot guarantee ideal weather conditions. In the event we cannot re-open the facility within 60 minutes causing closer for the day, you'll receive a full-day ticket for a return visit if the pool is closed before 3 p.m. After 3 p.m., no full-day tickets will be given out. No refunds are issued regardless of time spent at the facility. While we cannot issue rain-check tickets before 60 minutes of attraction closure, you will have to wait until the facility is closed for the day to receive a rain-check ticket.
  • Prolonged underwater breath-holding is not permitted.
  • Coast Guard approved life vests are the only permitted flotation devices.
  • No open wounds, Band-Aid's or gauze coverings.
  • Running, pushing, wrestling, shoulder rides, flips, throwing, or jumping backwards are not allowed.
  • Glass or breakable items are not permitted.
  • Drugs and alcohol will not be tolerated.
  • No smoking in the pool area. This includes electronic cigarettes.
  • Gum and Sunflower seeds are not allowed.
  • Please do not swim over the lane lines - swim under them.
  • All accidents must be reported.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Inappropriate behavior, including obscene language or gestures, ignoring or arguing with a staff member, will not be tolerated and may be cause for dismissal.
Anyone who disregards these rules and guidelines, or interferes with a lifeguard’s ability to ensure the safety and well being of guests, will be escorted out of the facility.
