THE QUALIFICATIONS

1. High school diploma (or G.E.D.) at time of application
2. Possess and maintain a valid State of Colorado EMT Basic, Intermediate or Paramedic certification at time of application. (Intermediate or Paramedic certification strongly preferred)
3. Candidate Physical Ability Test (CPAT) Certificate at time of application and throughout the selection process.
4. Valid Colorado Driver’s License (class R) prior to job appointment
5. At least 19 years of age by the date of the written exam
