Representative at Large
Chris Nicoll (City Council Vice President)
Pueblo City Council Representative at Large Chris Nicoll currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Pueblo County Democratic Party and the Urban Renewal Authority. He volunteered to work on a bi-partisan committee to assess a strong mayor form of government to replace Pueblo's current city manager form of government (2009). He helped organize Pueblo Citizens for Open Government (2007) and also helped organize Citizens for a Healthier Pueblo (2003).
He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Colorado, and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University. He went on to earn his Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Regis University.
Professional Experience
- Present: Mr. Nicoll works in the defense industry in the field of Information Technology as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) in Colorado Springs.
