If an Invitation for Bid indicates the documents must be purchased from a City department, any bids submitted other than those obtained from the requesting department will be rejected. Contractors that are interested in submitting a bid for any Public Works project must purchase bid documents from the City of Pueblo Public Works Department located at 211 East "D" Street, Pueblo, Colorado, at the price indicated on the Advertisement for Bid (unless otherwise directed on the Advertisement).

It is the bidder's responsibility to verify whether any addenda were issued and to notify the Purchasing Department or Department of Public Works of successful receipt of any addenda whether issued via E-mail or Fax. Any addenda posted on this website are for information purposes only.

Bidders must follow the bid submittal procedures outlined in the contract documents.
