It's a stall world after all. Do you spend an inordinate amount of tie in the bathroom? Voiding disorders affect urine storage and release because both are controlled by the same muscle mechanisms. Overactive bladder (OAB) and other voiding disorders can keep you from doing the things you love because you constantly live in fear of being too far away from a restroom. Using the restroom so frequently can also be embarrassing. In general, voiding disorders can affect your overall quality of life lead to embarrassment, and force you to live in a "stall world."

The Childbirth Class at ACPC prepares the expectant mother and her labor partner for the birth process – teaching how to replace the tension response that occurs during labor contractions with relaxation and effective breathing techniques.
Education also assists the labor partner in providing good support, comfort, and encouragement during the birth process.
Classes are taught by a labor and delivery nurse from one of our local hospitals, allowing participants to ask questions of a professional in the field.

The quickest way to clean our air and fight climate change is through reducing carbon emissions.
Our elected representatives want to hear from our community in Pueblo. They want to know how we feel about improving air quality and public health for our family, neighbors, and friends.
